Ingredients:
12 pieces of chicken liver, cleaned
Blend:
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
Seasonings:
5 pieces of green peppers
100 g green chillies
4 red onions
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp pepper granules
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp sugar
How to create:
- Marinate the chicken liver with spices until blended.
- Fried chicken livers until cooked. Remove and drain.
- Seasonings: Fried green peppers, cayenne pepper, onion and garlic until wilted. Drain.
- Puree the peppers and onions with pepper, salt and sugar until smooth.
- Stir fried chicken liver with spices.
- Serve immediately.
