Ingredients:
A rooster tail, cut into 4 parts
1 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1 cm galangal, smashed
500 ml water
Blend:
4 cloves garlic
2 red onions
3 eggs hazelnut
½ tsp pepper granules
2 cm turmeric
1 cm ginger
1 teaspoon salt
How to create:
- Place the chicken pieces in pan.
- Give Seasonings Smooth, water, bay leaves, lemongrass and galangal.
- Cover the pan and cook until the juices run out and the chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken and drain.
- Fry in hot oil until crispy.
- Remove and drain.
