Chicken Recipe: Japanese Chicken Fried Steak

Chicken fried steak, chicken fried steak recipe, japanese fried rice

Japanese restaurant-style chicken steak was tasty, crunchy-savory flavor. If love could dicocol with BBQ sauce and extra salad vegetables make this dish more special!

Ingredients:
2 pieces of chicken upper thighs, without skin and bones
1 clove garlic, grated
½ tsp pepper powder
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
cooking oil
Layer:
3 tablespoons flour
1 egg white chicken
100 g coarse flour PANIR
Complement:
Vegetable Salad (cucumber, tomato, lettuce)

How to create:
  • At-o'clock chicken thigh meat until flattened widened.
  • Rub the garlic, pepper and soy sauce until blended.
  • Rub with flour tepug thinly.
  • Dip in beaten egg whites then dredge in flour until blended PANIR.
  • Set aside some time to dry.
  • Fry in hot oil until crispy and cooked a lot of both sides.
  • Remove and drain.
  • Serve warm with a complement.
