Japanese restaurant-style chicken steak was tasty, crunchy-savory flavor. If love could dicocol with BBQ sauce and extra salad vegetables make this dish more special!
Ingredients:
2 pieces of chicken upper thighs, without skin and bones
1 clove garlic, grated
½ tsp pepper powder
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
cooking oil
Layer:
3 tablespoons flour
1 egg white chicken
100 g coarse flour PANIR
Complement:
Vegetable Salad (cucumber, tomato, lettuce)
How to create:
- At-o'clock chicken thigh meat until flattened widened.
- Rub the garlic, pepper and soy sauce until blended.
- Rub with flour tepug thinly.
- Dip in beaten egg whites then dredge in flour until blended PANIR.
- Set aside some time to dry.
