Ingredients:
12 pieces of chicken gizzard, clean
4 tablespoons soy sauce
100 ml water
1 tablespoon lemon lime
Seasonings:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
30 g onion, thinly sliced
2 pieces of red chili, thinly sliced
Blend:
2 cloves garlic
½ cam ginger
¼ tsp pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
How to create:
- Boil gizzard until tender. Set aside.
- Seasonings: Saute onion with spices till fragrant.
- Enter the red pepper, stirring until wilted.
- Enter the gizzard and stir well.
- Add soy sauce and lemon juice and water.
- Stir until boiling and slightly dry.
- Remove and serve warm.
