Yummy Chicken Recipes: Chicken Fried Corn

Easy Chicken Recipes

Cornflakes crunchy crispy layer that makes it more delicious fried chicken. Not only that smells so fragrant and tempting when fried.

Ingredients:
4 pieces chicken thighs bottom, slice-slice
1 clove garlic, grated
½ tsp pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
cooking oil
Layers:
2 tbsp plain flour
A chicken egg white, beaten until frothy
40 g cornflakes, crushed a bit smoother

How to create:
  • Marinate chicken thighs with garlic, pepper and salt until blended.
  • Cover with flour.
  • Dip in egg whites until blended.
  • Balut with cornflakes until blended.
  • Let stand until slightly dry.
  • Fry in hot oil and lots of it to dry.
  • Remove and drain.
For 4 pieces
