Ingredients:
1 chicken country, cut into 8 pieces
2 cloves garlic, grated
½ tsp grated ginger
½ tsp pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites, beaten until frothy
cooking oil
Mix well:
100 g wheat flour
2 tablespoons rice flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ tsp pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
How to create:
- Stir in garlic, ginger, pepper and salt until blended.
- Marinate chicken with seasoning mix until blended.
- Dip in egg whites then dredge in flour mixture until blended.
- Heat oil over medium heat lot.
- Fried chicken until crispy and cooked.
- Remove and drain.
