Unlike ordinary soy sauce chicken, this one is spicy accents of fresh chili delicious. Singapore-style chicken dish is more complete with the addition of a rubbery mushrooms hioko tasty.
Ingredients:
1 chicken country, cut into 8 parts
cooking oil
BLACK GOLD 150 ml soy sauce
250 ml water
4 pieces hioko mushrooms, halved
Blend:
5 red onions
3 cloves garlic
5 pieces chili sauce
½ cm ginger
½ tsp pepper granules
1 teaspoon salt
How to create:
- Wash chicken thoroughly and drain.
- Fried chicken until slightly dry. Lift.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
- Enter the fried chicken, and Sweet Soy BLACK GOLD. Mix well.
- Pour water and cook over low heat until sauce thickens.
- Enter the mushrooms, stirring until wilted.
- Remove and serve warm.
