Fish Recipes: Salted Fish Stir-Spice

Material:

1 teaspoon salt

Method:
  • Clean the salted fish guts.
  • Fried salted fish to dry and mature. Drain.

Seasonings:
  • Saute onion and garlic until wilted and fragrant.

  • Stir until wilted and fragrant.
  • Add lemon juice, sugar and salt. Stir until boiling.
